Quality Management System
Synergy Prime General Contracting LLC SPC believes that, its market expects a continually improvising services.
The company aims to achieve the above by implementing a management system that complies with the International Quality Standard. It also includes a commitment to meet the requirements of our clients, learn from customer’s feedback, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
All personnel within the company are responsible for the quality of their work. The company provides training and has established systems to assist all personnel to achieve the standards required. The policy, organization and procedures necessary to achieve the required standards are described in our Quality Management System.
The Quality Manager is responsible for monitoring the quality system and update to the Managing Director on the system innovation, implementation and effectiveness.
The objectives of Synergy Prime to develop the Business Plan in favor of the Countries Economical and Infrastructure development. Objectives for individual jobs to achieve the satisfaction of the client which are truly based on the agreed contract.
The Directors, Management and Staff are responsible for Quality Control through our innovative Quality Management System by constant review and follow the system. Synergy Prime is committed to achieving customer satisfaction by the use of quality procedures which will be operated to meet or exceed the International Quality Standards.

Synergy Prime General Contracting LLC SPC recognizes the importance of the environment and how it impacts our lives. Synergy Prime are highly and promptly committed to carrying out all its activities in an environmentally sustainable manner through allowing sustainable development indicators measuring sustainability development performance.
Synergy Prime commitment are:-
Seek to minimize pollution and use natural resources sustainable by considering environmental performance, deliver our projects in an environmentally responsible manner and preventing pollution of the environment by activities over which Synergy Prime have control specifically.
Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement by identifying appropriate environmental standards, developing and implementing guidelines and reviewing activities where necessary.
Provide environmental training and awareness to staff to enable them to carry their jobs responsibly and ensure accountability for environment performance at all levels in synergy prime.
Inform and exchange with our staff, development and construction partners, regulators and communities.
To achieve our policy goals Synergy Prime will plan and manage our activities in accordance with best practice environmental management principals.
Pro-actively work with other local and international stakeholders through research and joint programmers to advance environmental management in the development, construction and operation stage in-land and marine urban communities.

Occupational Health & Safety Management System
Synergy Prime General Contracting LLC SPC is committed to being a leader in occupational health & safety and aims to not compromise on its commitment to the health, safety and well-being of its people and those under its umbrella. Synergy Prime recognizes that in our duties and responsibilities to our employees, the foremost requirement is providing and maintaining hygienic conditions, healthy environment and safe work practices in addition.
Synergy Prime aims to:-
Eliminate class 1 personal damage at our places.
Systematically reduces class 2 and class 3 personal damage at our workplaces.
Comply with all relevant legal, contractual and regulatory obligations.
Synergy Prime statement of general policy are:-
Maintain occupational health and safety management system meeting requirement of OHSAS 18001.
Maintain a culture of free and actual accident and incident reporting.
Set and achieve clearly defined annual health and safety objectives.
Providing adequate control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities, consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety.
In fulfilling this commitment to protect both people and property, management will provide and maintain a safe and healthy work, environment in accordance with industry standards and in compliance with legislative requirement, and will strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which may result in property damage ,accident or personal injury/illness.
All employees will be equally responsible for minimizing accidents within our facilities and on our work sites. Safe work practices and job procedures will be clearly defined in the company’s health and safety manual for all employees to follow.
